Perfect place for the 4 of us! Very, clean, cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. Great WiFi, TVs, heat worked well despite the near zero temps! We hope to come back again for another ski weekend or in the summer!

Our family of 4 had a great stay during our ski trip to Sunday River. The cabin was brand new and very clean and comfortable. It was exactly as described in the photos and listing. Josh was very responsive and answered all of our questions before we booked. Approx 10 mins to Sunday River which was perfect.

We booked this cabin for a ski trip and really enjoyed our stay. The campground was only 15 minutes from Sunday River. Added bonus was that it was pet friendly! Our pup loved walking around the campground and playing in the snow. The beds were very comfy and overall a nice & cozy place to relax after a long day of snowboarding. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals if needed. 10/10 recommend and would def stay again!

We absolutely loved, loved, loved our stay at Cabin #3!! It was the perfect cozy cabin! We needed a place to stay for skiing and this far exceeded my expectations. Very quick drive to Sunday River!! All of Josh’s descriptions and tips were wonderful. I can’t think of one thing to make it better, he literally has thought of everything you need. I was so impressed with how clean his place was and the beds were very comfortable. What a great time, thank you for everything!! We will definitely be back!! :)

Great place to stay for a weekend ski trip to Sunday River! Josh was super clear with instructions and the cabin was spotless (looked brand new). Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Super comfy and clean cabin in a quiet campground. It's very close to Sunday River Resort making it convenient to go to and from the ski resort. The area is well maintained and snow was not a problem with blowing and clearing of steps. Josh was also very responsive with any questions or concerns I had. It was a perfect stay for my Christmas Ski Trip!

Josh’s cabin was exactly what we expected. Location was great for skiing/riding at Sunday River and butcher burger is right down the street offering amazing food. He was informative, responded quickly and helpful in the check in process making it a smooth experience. Will be staying again!

Josh’s place was extremely clean. I normally re-clean an Airbnb out of concern that bathrooms or bed linens arent clean enough. I slipped right into bed without feeling like we had to dress the beds with our own linens and the kitchen and bathroom were extremely clean. Floors spotless & no pet hair in a pet friendly place. Very responsive and friendly host while providing privacy to enjoy our stay.

Super easy check in and check out. Josh was a great communicator. The campground is beautiful & the cabins come fully loaded with all the clean linens , towels , dishes etc . The bed was very comfortable- can’t wait to return!

We loved Cozy Cabin #5! Ot had everything we needed was clean and well taken care of. The campground was filled with children’s laughter and it was a pleasure to experience. Our dog was quite comfortable and loved the long walks in the woods. Would def recommend and will be back!
