Lovely home, thank you Josh for such a wonderful stay! My friends and I spent the weekend and the home was so cozy, location was great for going to Sunday River, and the hot tub after a day at the mountain was amazing! Highly recommend a stay here

My family and I loved staying at Josh’s Place. It was everything that was listed and exactly as he described. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking. The area was so quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back. It was an amazing place to stay.
